Since 2012, Dhirendra Singh has been instrumental in the acquisition and development of five distinct hotel properties in prime tourist destinations. These properties, boasting a total of 187 rooms, are located in Lonavala, Mahabaleshwar, and Jaipur. Notable establishments include the Cloud Mist Resort & Spa in Panchgani, Basilica Holiday Home in Lonavala, Hotel Lions Den in Lonavala, Hotel Laxmi in Mahabaleshwar, and Hotel Four Boutique in Jaipur, along with Club XSS in Jaipur. Continuing this growth trajectory, Dhirendra Singh has identified additional properties for expansion in 2019, including developments in Ranthambore, Pushkar, and Shimla. Over the next five years, he envisions establishing a presence in major tourist destinations in Rajasthan, Himachal, and Uttarakhand, alongside a footprint in business hubs like Mumbai and Delhi.

Bhadrawati Finvest Pvt Ltd, with an impressive AUM of over 300 Crores, is a leading facilitator of business loans. Their services cater to real estate developers, exporters, industrialists, and traders in Rajasthan. The group is actively working towards launching an NBFC in Rajasthan to further bolster financial support for MSMEs and small businesses. Additionally, the core team is exploring digital lending platforms to provide small unsecured loans.

Dhirendra Singh’s venture into FMCG product distribution, primarily focusing on food items, exemplifies a commitment to expanding into diverse markets. Bhadrawati Enterprises has a strategic objective to develop a distribution network that reaches not only major cities but also penetrates deep into suburban and rural markets in Northern India. The company’s unique sourcing model directly involves manufacturers, and it controls the entire distribution chain up to the retailer, ensuring quality and quantity commitments at every level. He exemplified his commitment to this cause by contributing a generous sum of 51 Lakhs to PRATAP GAURAV SMARAK in Udaipur. This significant contribution supports the development of PRATAP GAURAV SMARAK as a Rashtriya Tirth by Rashtriya Swayam Sevak Sangh, ensuring the preservation of our cultural legacy.

EMPOWERING YOUNG LIVES

One of his most impactful initiatives involves supporting the marriage of young girls from economically weaker sections (EWS) in the district of Karauli. Over the last five years, he has facilitated the weddings of approximately 100 identified girls, ultimately leading to around 500 young girls finding stability and happiness through this noble endeavor. This initiative has been graced by esteemed personalities, including film stars such as Jaya Prada, Dimple Kapadia, Mahima Choudhary, the late Sridevi, and Aditya Pacholi. Former Member of Parliament Shri Amar Singh Ji also appreciated and supported this cause by attending two such events.

PROMOTING HEALTH AND WELL-BEING

Mr. Singh has been instrumental in organizing nearly 100 Health Awareness Camps across multiple districts, including Dausa, Karauli, Dholpur, Sawai Madhopur, and Bharatpur. His efforts extend to organizing approximately 40 Blood Donation Camps in these regions, emphasizing the significance of community health and well-being.

EMPOWERING YOUTH THROUGH SKILL DEVELOPMENT

Recognizing the importance of self-employment and skill development, Dhirendra Singh Raghav designed a special program called “SKILL DEVELOPMENT AWARENESS PROGRAM” to motivate and guide the youth in districts such as Dausa, Karauli, Dholpur, Sawai Madhopur, and Bharatpur. This initiative aims to equip young individuals with the skills they need to create their own paths to success.

TOTAL SANITATION CAMPAIGN

Dhirendra Singh Raghav’s role as the President of FORTI Youth Wing, Rajasthan, stands as a testament to his dynamic leadership and unwavering commitment to fostering business and social initiatives. FORTI, an apex body representing the trade and industries of Rajasthan, has benefitted from his vision and innovative approach during his tenure as an executive member for the past three years. As President of the Youth Wing, Mr. Singh has set ambitious goals, striving to unite nearly 200 young entrepreneurs from across Rajasthan under a single umbrella to catalyze new ventures and social endeavors.

1. STRENGTHENING INTERNATIONAL COLLABORATIONS

Under his leadership, the Youth Wing facilitated a meeting with an American Delegation for Economic Affairs from the US Embassy, headed by Pete Broadbent. This engagement aimed to explore and discuss the vast business opportunities within the state of Rajasthan, demonstrating Dhirendra Singh’s commitment to enhancing economic ties.

2. FOSTERING SINO-RAJASTHAN BUSINESS RELATIONS

A Business Delegation from China engaged in a productive interaction with FORTI members to explore potential collaborations and business opportunities between Rajasthan’s entrepreneurs and their counterparts in China. Dhirendra Singh’s role in facilitating such exchanges underscores his dedication to promoting global business partnerships.

4. HIGH-LEVEL ENGAGEMENT

Representatives from FORTI’s Youth Wing had the privilege of meeting with Smt. Pratibha Patil, the former President of India. This meeting revolved around discussions on India’s economic state and the vital role that youth can play in enhancing the overall business ecosystem.

3. HEALTH AWARENESS AND PREVENTION

Dhirendra Singh’s commitment to the well-being of the youth is exemplified through an interactive session organized in collaboration with Dr. Sunil Dand, a renowned expert on Diabetes. This session, featuring popular film star Govinda, aimed to educate and raise awareness about Diabetes prevention among the youth, emphasizing the importance of proactive health management.
